Orchard Business Services was established in 1992 and was subsequently purchased by John Socha in 1998.

 

Orchard Block Management Services Ltd (OBMS Ltd) was created in in 2004 to manage all of the developments existing and new business, that were outside of John Socha’s portfolio.

 

A result of collaborating initially with a private investor, who owned an independent retirement development, OBMS has since gone from strength to strength and expanded to manage a significant portfolio for Freeholders and management Companies.

In 2007, OBMS Ltd acquired the block management business of ‘Underwoods Town and Country.’ Since then, the company has seen steady growth from owners seeking an independent and progressive management company.
